In this role, you will engage in comprehensive inspections of steel components, ensuring conformity with CWB and AWS guidelines. You will play a critical role in overseeing fabrication processes, documenting inspections, and collaborating with production teams to identify improvement areas. Your expertise will minimize rework costs while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Verify compliance with welding codes and company standards
• Conduct first off/last off inspections of weldments
• Enforce safety policies and conduct quality checks




• Produce detailed reports and manage NCR processing
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for quality outcomes

Requirements:
• 3-7 years of experience in steel fabrication
• Robust knowledge of CWB and AWS standards
• Valid Class “G” driver’s license for travel
• Proficiency in measurement and inspection tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
