Key Responsibilities:
• Implement initiatives like First Home Savings Account
• Gather and document business requirements effectively




• Identify project milestones and manage risks
• Oversee user acceptance and regression testing
• Lead Tax Year End Process and prepare retrospectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year as a Business Analyst
• Solid knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft, JIRA, and Tableau
