Reporting to the Manager, you will leverage your 3-5 years of H&S; experience to implement safety programs, conduct audits, and analyze statistical data. Your role is crucial in facilitating a safe work environment for employees and ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with management for health & safety guidance
• Facilitate monitoring of plant safety programs
• Identify improvement areas and communicate effectively
• Train workforce on health & safety protocols
• Conduct audits and support corrective actions

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3-5 years of experience in H&S;
• Robust understanding of safety legislation
• Advanced First Aid or EMT Certification required
• Preferred designations include CRSP, CHSC or CRST
