As a Building Cleaner with Alliance Maintenance, you’ll focus on the cleanliness and presentation of both indoor and outdoor areas across Metro Vancouver. This full-time position runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, where you will keep high-traffic zones spotless and compliant with sanitation standards. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in the team's success and upkeep of the properties we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean lobby, stairways, and hallways thoroughly
• Vacuum and mop carpeted and tiled areas
• Sanitize washrooms,



gyms, and amenity rooms
• Conduct exterior walk-throughs and litter pick-up
• Maintain a customer-friendly attitude throughout

Requirements:
• Proficient communication in English
• Reliable, punctual, and able to lift 20 lbs
• Experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to clean light biohazard waste as needed
