Key Responsibilities:
• Assess participant interests and needs for program development
• Plan and facilitate dementia-inclusive social and recreational programs
• Lead creative arts, cognitive stimulation,
and physical activities
• Build community partnerships for dementia-friendly engagement
• Conduct in-home visits to support client recreational needs
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in related field required
• Minimum two years of experience with recreation programs
• Experience with dementia care strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
