As part of Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc., you’ll be integral to crafting high-availability systems for identity and access management. This role combines hands-on engineering skills with leadership opportunities to influence cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IAM Identity Center features
• Create and optimize APIs for high-request volumes daily
• Lead technical decisions and contribute to design documentation
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and enhance reliability
• Mentor and support junior team members in coding practices

Requirements:
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience
• Experience with programming languages
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
• Familiarity with all aspects of the development life cycle
