Responsibilities Design and architect comprehensive cybersecurity compliance frameworks aligned with government standards.
Lead efforts to implement and improve cybersecurity compliance programs tailored for government contracts.
Identify compliance gaps and develop strategic remediation plans.
Prepare and support audit and assessment processes, ensuring readiness and compliance evidence management.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet requirements and ensure ongoing compliance; hold teams accountable for evidence collection.
Drive continuous improvements within the compliance program,



supporting the organization’s ability to secure government defence contracts.
Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance and governance.
Proven expertise with ITSP, CMMC, NIST standards, and designing compliance frameworks from scratch.
Experience working on government or defence-related compliance initiatives.
Strong communication skills capable of influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead compliance programs independently.
Preferred: experience with government contracting, the defence sector, or related standards.
