Become a vital part of ComPsych’s Employee Assistance Program by providing licensed counseling services as an EAP Network Provider. Deliver impactful face-to-face support to employees in your area.

This position calls for licensed behavioral health clinicians ready to engage in solution-focused counseling and support for various life challenges impacting employees and their families. With a strong background in clinical practice, you will conduct assessments and offer coping strategies tailored to the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer high-quality EAP counseling through in-person sessions
• Conduct assessments and create actionable coping strategies




• Aid clients dealing with stress, anxiety, and grief
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and compliance
• Work within ComPsych’s intake and referral systems for care

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field
• Minimum of 3 years of applicable clinical experience
• Valid qualified accreditation or registration
• Current insurance coverage required
• Submit a recent resume or CV
