As a Principal Application Security Engineer at Barracuda, you'll lead the growth and direction of our robust Application Security program. This senior role requires deep expertise in modern security practices, experience in defining AppSec programs, and a hands-on approach to product development workflows. You will guide initiatives across complex environments and foster collaboration among diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shape and lead Barracuda’s Application Security initiatives
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative workplace




• Embed security across the product development lifecycle
• Execute long-term security initiatives and key workstreams
• Facilitate risk-based discussions and threat modeling

Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in product-focused Application Security
• Strong understanding of AppSec and ProdSec concepts
• Hands-on experience in security assessments and pen-testing
• Proficient in at least two programming languages
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
