Be part of an industrial team as a Process Technician in South Central Saskatchewan, specifically Fort Qu'Appelle. This full time position features rotating day and night shifts, emphasizing hands-on involvement with brine systems.
The Process Technician will be key in monitoring, operating, and maintaining solution mining systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Success in this role hinges on your mechanical skills and ability to collaborate with the site team in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor brine extraction equipment accurately
• Independently log and report on process metrics
• Collect and perform analysis on brine samples
• Assist in safely managing equipment offloading
• Proactively report any abnormal conditions to supervisors
Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 12) is a must
• Relevant experience in process or construction environments advantageous
• Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Must hold Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT)
• Physically capable of performing essential job functions
