Lead the financial operations of Radisson Mining Resources as a Controller, focusing on accounting and compliance in a growth-oriented gold exploration company. Drive strategic financial reporting and support project development from the ground up.

In this full time Controller role, you will manage Radisson's accounting functions while ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and active involvement in budget planning and cash management strategies. Collaborate closely with the CFO on various financial initiatives and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements




• Manage the monthly close cycle and financial statements preparation
• Assist in budget planning and variance analysis
• Partner with CFO on strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling
• Proficiency in IFRS and related regulations
• English communication skills for teamwork
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and Sage 50
