Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, the Health and Safety Coordinator will oversee all safety initiatives and compliance measures. The role involves conducting training sessions, daily inspections, and building relationships with employees to ensure a proactive safety culture. Your leadership will support a sustainable and protected working environment on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead orientation sessions for new employees and visitors
• Provide training and support for OZZ staff
• Perform detailed project inspections and address hazards




• Ensure proper maintenance of safety equipment and tools
• Collaborate with project teams on incident investigations

Requirements:
• Degree or certification in Health & Safety or related discipline
• Relevant experience in construction or industrial services
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
