Reporting to the Director of IT, the role supports the firm’s network, server, storage, backup, security, and remote access environments, delivering senior technical support and contributing to infrastructure projects.
You will work with vendors, monitor security tools, respond to alerts, assist in incident response, and help harden the firm’s setting.
