ParaMed is seeking a Clinical Unregulated Care Provider Supervisor to lead and supervise PSWs and HSWs delivering home health care across communities in Canada. You will assess, implement and evaluate clinical care interventions to ensure protected, quality, and ethical care.
You will provide regular leadership through huddles, meetings, and coaching, while ensuring compliance with standards and funder reporting guidelines.
