In this role, you will oversee the safety and security of guests at our hotels across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Your calm demeanor and quick decision-making will be crucial during incidents, enhancing guest satisfaction and team collaboration. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that span various operational areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol public areas and monitor hotel safety
• Respond to guest and property-related incidents
• Maintain accurate security reports and logs
• Assist with after-hours deliveries and room checks
• Report hazards and security concerns immediately
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Valid security licence where applicable
• Previous hospitality or loss prevention experience recommended
• Solid observational and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
