As the Foreman, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities while being the main contact for clients. This role requires robust leadership, communication, and planning skills to manage site personnel and subcontractors effectively. You will ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and performance expectations while striving for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance for facilities
• Manage and prioritize corrective maintenance work orders
• Schedule and oversee quality inspections of subcontractor services




• Assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians and trades staff

Requirements:
• Journeyman Certification in a related trade
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, 5 years in a supervisory role
