Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and create sourcing briefs
• Research venues and analyze proposals thoroughly
• Negotiate rates and finalize contracts efficiently
• Manage concurrent RFPs for multiple client programs
• Document timelines and assemble full venue kits
Requirements:
• Proven track record in quota or contract management
• Experience in hotel sales or convention services
• Ability to manage single-property programs
• Strong analytical skills for comp pulling and RFP management
