Job Skills / Requirements
Advisor, Labour Relations isa key differentiator for PASS. The position is accountable for ensuring employees are supported in a manner consistent with best practices and the policies and proceduresestablishedby PASS's Corporate People & Culture Department. In addition to providing day-to-day labour relations support and ensuring compliance with multiple collective agreements within a complex multi-union environment across the Pacific region, the Advisor, Labour Relations is also responsible for the following functions:

Provideexpert guidance and support to managers on disciplinary matters, interpretation and application of collective agreements, grievance management, dispute resolution, and arbitration preparation across the Pacific Region.

Communicate effectively with employees and management toidentifyissues, mitigate risk, and resolve workplace conflicts.

Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints, policy violations, and recommendappropriate resolutions.

Build andmaintaincollaborative relationships with cross-functional departments to support operational and organizationalobjectivesacross the Pacific Region.





Act as asubject matter expert on the collective agreementinterpretation, legislativecomplianceand labour relations best practices, and support the organization's collective bargaining strategy.

Deliver coaching and training programs on collective agreements, employee relations issues such as respectful workplace, conflict management,investigationsand other topics as needed.

Collaborate withPeople & Culture team on key issues, specialprojectsand/orinitiatives,as needed.

Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals andobjectives.

Other dutiesand responsibilitiesas assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in labour relations, human resources, or related field.

CPHR/CRHA designation isconsideredan asset.

3+ years of experience in labour relations or related field.

Experience in collective bargaining, grievance procedures, and dispute resolution is considered an asset.

Knowledge ofthe Canada LabourCode,regulationsand employment law is considered an asset.

Demonstrated strength in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Proven leadership and people management capabilities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Strong adaptability, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and business needs.





Ability toacquireTransportation Security Clearance (TSC) and eligibility for Federal Security Clearance.

Willingness and ability to travel to other airports within the region asrequired.

Work Location: This position is based at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
