Job Description What is the opportunity? Join our dynamic team as a Senior HR Initiatives Specialist and play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement through supporting key initiatives across HR Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design and implement optimized business processes that align with our strategic objectives.
What will you do? Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including flowcharts, standard operating procedures, business requirements, business case, testing plans, project status updates and relevant reporting.
Analyze HR operational processes and workflows to identify root cause and areas for improvements, optimization and automation
Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and understand root causes.
Support the design of new processes while collaborating with senior members of the team, as well as Technology and Digital Solutions teams.
Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and opportunities for further enhancements
What do you need to succeed? Must-have 3+ years of experience in business process analysis
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive opportunities for improvement as well as telling a story
Proficient in process modeling tools (eg. Visio) and project documentation tools
Nice-to-have Experience in business change management,



with a focus on cutting-edge tool or techniques and digital adoption
HR and business operations experience
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile
