Overview
Oversees childcare programming, ensuring developmental, licensing, and safety standards are met. Supports staff, manages schedules, and builds strong relationships with families and community partners.
What You’ll Do
- Lead childcare program planning and staff coordination.
- Ensure safety, licensing, and quality standards are followed.
- Engage parents and build community partnerships.
- Conduct reporting and support continuous improvement.
Prerequisites
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 70% average in required subjects.
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) training recommended.
