What As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (1-year contract) you will be part of a dedicated team working hybrid based in Mississauga, Ontario and reporting to Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition . As a TA Specialist , you will bring a high level of energy and passion, loves to multi-task and will facilitate the full recruiting lifecycle. You will manage multiple vacancies and develop strong candidate networks of passively seeking candidates for current and future openings. What you will get to do Manage full life cycle recruitment related activities including; sourcing and screening internal and external candidates, conducting interviews and managing the offer process
Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance groups to understand hiring needs
Sourcing and building candidate pipelines for assigned roles
Consult with local HR and hiring managers on recommended starting salaries and other offer package details.




Source candidates using strong networking skills and optimizing social media channels to communicate our culture and values
Maintain a pipeline of referrals and leads from our employee's networks
Deliver against recruitment metrics/KPIs while not compromising quality of hire
Lead and manage Campus Recruitment events to build solid relationships for developing networks and candidate pools
Acting as a brand ambassador by assuring that all candidates have positive experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle regardless of outcomes
Maintain proactive communication with candidates and provide effective feedback and coaching to internal applicants throughout the recruitment process
Supporting HR initiatives and projects with the underlying goal of providing the highest level of customer service, while being creative
Who You are College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources or relevant area of study
2-3 years of Recruiting experience in a Global Corporate environment
Experience using Workday ATS system a strong asset or another similar enterprise system
Exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills
Bilingual in (English and French) a robust asset
Access to a car and have a full G license with a clean driving record
A high level of positive energy and self-motivation, with a sense of urgency to be able to deliver under pressure and on time
Ability to adapt to changes and problem solve as challenges arise




Superior computer proficiencies working with Microsoft Applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, teams)
What you get Anticipated compensation for this role is $70,000-$85,000 in annual base salary. Salary is based on market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
