Alteo is looking for an ERP Analyst for a permanent position based in the Montreal-North Shore area.

As part of a small team, you will play a key role in the evolution of the company’s systems, applications, and data. At the heart of the action, you will contribute both to the continuous improvement of operations and to challenging strategic projects, such as modernizing the application environment, evolving the ERP system, and developing data analytics capabilities.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams while leveraging your technical expertise in databases, applications, and business intelligence tools.
Responsibilities: Help improve the company’s systems and applications
Contribute to the evolution, support, and optimization of the company’s ERP system
Analyze and resolve technical, application, and functional issues
Assist users with the use of enterprise systems and applications
Participate in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents reported by users
Serve as a point of contact for various departments regarding issues related to enterprise applications
Perform queries, data extracts, and analyses in databases
Participate in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server environments
Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data used by the company
Develop or adapt tools, reports, dashboards, and automations




Collaborate with users to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions
Participate in the evolution of technology-supported business processes
Contribute to the company’s digital transformation projects
Produce and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and best practices
Help improve the company’s data analysis and utilization capabilities
Profile: DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent
4-8 years of experience in a similar role
Strong interest in enterprise systems, applications, and data
Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments
Valuable understanding of relational databases
Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an interest in innovation and new technologies
Resourcefulness, independence, and an analytical mindset
Ability to understand business needs and a service-oriented mindset (internal customer focus)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and attention to detail in data handling
Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL Server administration (backups, security, maintenance, and performance optimization)
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or the .NET platform
Knowledge of ERP or enterprise systems
Understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts
Interest in new technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence
