Egis is on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer focusing on Traffic Signal Design in Calgary, AB. Be a key player in enhancing urban transportation electrification.

As an integral member of Egis's project team, you will be responsible for the design and execution of electrical systems related to traffic signals. Your role will bridge the gap between technical execution and client needs, ensuring that all designs meet Canadian standards. This position offers you the chance to influence project outcomes and mentor emerging engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement electrical systems for traffic signals
• Develop clear design documentation and specifications
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for project success




• Guide junior engineers and oversee quality assurance
• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and regulations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• P.Eng. status in good standing with APEGA
• 5-10+ years in electrical engineering experience
• Minimum of 3 years in traffic signal experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
