The Team Lead will oversee operational activities and enhance workflows in our facility. With a minimum of ten years in operations and five years in leadership, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety and effective communication. You will be integral to leading your team to meet production targets while actively participating in health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operational activities for the plant

Requirements:
• 2nd class Power Engineer certificate required
