Lush Manufacturing produces the fresh handmade products that support more than 270 retail shops across Canada and the US, as well as our digital e-commerce business. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain to join our Manufacturing Finance team in Etobicoke.

As our Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain , you'll join Lush's Manufacturing Finance team and act as a key Finance partner across our North American business. You'll work closely with Freight, Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Digital, Retail, and other Finance partners to understand operational performance, forecast costs, identify opportunities, and help leaders make informed decisions.

This is a hands-on FP&A; role for someone who enjoys getting into the details, understanding what is driving the numbers, and translating complex financial information into transparent recommendations.

Your work will have a particular focus on freight and logistics costs, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, operational KPIs, cost optimization, and supply chain decision support.

Reporting to the Manufacturing FP&A; Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst, Supply Chain undertakes the following RESPONSIBILITIES:

Freight and Distribution

Partner with Freight and Distribution leaders to forecast volumes, labour, operating costs, and other key financial drivers

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across supply chain operations

Deliver month-end analysis, variance reporting, and actionable financial insights

Connect operational drivers to financial performance and help business partners understand what is influencing results

Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting on supply chain and logistics KPIs

Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cost per unit, throughput)

Build models to support operational and financial decision-making

Analyze monthly freight and logistics spend, carrier performance, and key cost drivers

Own monthly freight and brokerage accruals and invoice reconciliation

Partner with Finance and operational teams to keep actuals, forecasts, and budgets aligned

Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to finance and operations teams

Support carrier and supplier RFQ processes through data preparation, modelling, analysis, and recommendations

Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities across carriers and brokerage

Provide benchmarking and market insights to support procurement decisions





Support Freight and Distribution projects with financial analysis, insights, and recommendations

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives impacting logistics and supply chain

Develop business cases and scenario models for proposed changes

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and Operations on cost reduction strategies

Lead or support assigned ad-hoc projects as per business needs

Trade & Compliance

Track and analyze tariffs, duties, brokerage, and other import-related costs, identifying trends, risks, and financial impacts.

Monitor changes in trade policies, agreements, and tariff exposure and help assess their potential financial impact on the business.

Partner with theTrade & Customs Compliance team on areas such as post-entry corrections, product valuation, and duty drawback opportunities.

Develop financial analysis and scenario modelling to identify opportunities to reduce tariff exposure, optimize costs, and support cash flow.

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to support informed decision-making related to trade and import costs.

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required :

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, accounting, supply chain finance, or a related finance role

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Strong understanding of financial statements, financial drivers, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modelling

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial models, and analysis of large datasets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify drivers, and develop practical recommendations

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences

Experience partnering cross-functionally and building effective working relationships with various stakeholders

A proactive approach, strong initiative, and comfort working through evolving business needs





Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Excitement and commitment to learn, understand, and relate to Lush's core brand values

Ability to work on-site 5 days per week

Preferred:

CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification

Experience working with financial planning, ERP, BI, or other data and reporting systems

Experience supporting complex, multi-channel, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or vertically integrated organizations

This salary range is based on an assessment of the local market and may vary depending on the successful candidate's location. This range is based on base salary and does not include additional bonus program and total rewards eligibility.

Base Salary Range

$95,000 - $108,000 CAD
