This person will help us create and maintain beautiful outdoor living spaces.

We try to place staff members on working teams close to their residence to minimize their commute to work, however you will need a vehicle.What You'll Do:Assist in construction tasks, including:Laying paving stones, concrete, and related materialsManual excavation shovelling rock, soil, and other landscaping materialsOperating small-engine equipment like trimmers, lawnmowers, and concrete sawsClean and maintain tools, equipment, and trailersLift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)Work efficiently in diverse weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, or dusty)Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to the teamWork safely with and around skid steers, excavators, and a variety of other heavy equipmentWhat We're Looking For:Robust work ethic and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to stand and work with your hands for extended periodsBasic math skills and a cooperative team mindsetComfortable working weekends if needed (weather and schedule dependent)Valid Class 5 Driver's License with access to reliable transportationAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishWork Schedule:April - November dependent on weatherWinter work is available but not requiredMonday to Saturday: 10–12 hours/day, with occasional Saturday shifts
