We are looking for an experienced Revenue Accounting Manager to enhance our Global Controllership team at Hootsuite. This position requires deep knowledge of ASC 606 and strong project management skills. With over 8 years of progressive experience in revenue accounting, you'll play a key role in financial reporting and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own monthly revenue close process and journal entries
• Perform and review SSP analysis for multi-element arrangements
• Partner with Legal to assess revenue impacts
• Ensure system data integrity in Salesforce and NetSuite
• Drive process improvements and automation in revenue accounting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 8+ years of accounting experience; 2+ in revenue accounting
• Proficient in NetSuite, Zoora, or Salesforce CPQ
• Knowledge of ASC 606 for SaaS arrangements
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
