How you'll make a difference:

Preparehigh qualityRevit models and engineering drawings formasstimber,steel,masonryand concrete buildings

Work with architects, interior designers,mechanicaland electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions

Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well asreviewthe contractor’s work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications

Prepare documentsrequiredfor approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts

Provide design supportto engineers, architects, and other technologists

Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained

Who you are:

A Diploma inCivilEngineering Technology or Architectural Technology

5+yearsof structural modelling experienceworking onmixed-use commercial/residential,schoolandpost-secondary, healthcare, orinstitutional buildingsis preferred

Knowledge of building codes is an asset

Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Collaborative,



teamoriented, withthe ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
