Being a MaintenanceBuyer Planner with us means playing a key role in the strategic sourcing ofparts, equipment and services required to support our operations. You willcontribute directly to cost optimization, the availability of critical spareparts and the overall efficiency of maintenance activities.
As a MaintenanceBuyer Planner , you will be responsible for purchasing, inventory managementand the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You willwork closely with maintenance, production and supplier teams to ensure theavailability of the resources needed to support our operations.
On adaily basis, you will:
Request quotations fromsuppliers and execute purchases in accordance with established budgets andcompany purchasing policies;
Follow up with suppliers andcommunicate lead times or stock shortages to ensure operational deadlinesare met;
Verify received items andinvoices against requested specifications and perform the requiredfollow-ups when discrepancies occur;
Develop and maintain strongbusiness relationships with suppliers;




Negotiate annual agreements forgoods and services required by the department;
Maintainaccurate inventory records and ensure effective inventory management;
Maintain the parts storeroom ina clean and organized condition in accordance with 5S principles;
Identify and implementcost-saving opportunities related to purchasing, inventory and maintenanceactivities;
Collaborate with internal teamsto determine required inventory levels, critical spare parts andconsumable items;
Analyze procurementrequirements and process material requisitions using the CMMS system;
Plan work orders and coordinatemaintenance activities for the entire maintenance team;
Monitor and follow up on workrequests originating from various production areas;
Participate in maintenance,reliability and continuous improvement projects with multidisciplinaryteams;
Contribute to equipmentperformance optimization and downtime reduction.
