Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies for diverse functions
• Oversee case creation through impact studies and readiness assessments




• Provide coaching and expertise to support senior leaders
• Collaborate with HR and communications to foster a robust change culture
• Monitor key metrics to drive continuous improvement in strategies

Requirements:
• 5+ years leading change management strategies
• Prosci designation or similar certification preferred
• Proven strategic thinking and independent project leadership
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
• HR or Labour Relations experience is a plus
