Kiwassa Neighbourhood House is looking for a passionate Out of School Care Team Lead to oversee a high-quality childcare program. This part-time, permanent role includes planning activities, managing supplies, and collaborating with the Childcare Manager. The position requires commitment from 2 pm to 6 pm, with potential morning hours. Transform children’s experiences in a vibrant community setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging activities for diverse children’s needs
• Organize and maintain program supplies effectively




• Oversee daily program operations and compliance
• Collaborate with management to innovate activities
• Recruit, train, and guide program volunteers

Requirements:
• Diploma in human/social service field
• Two years of related childcare experience
• Early Childhood Educator Certificate preferred
• Emergency Childcare First Aid certification
• Transparent Criminal Record Check
