You will also be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, requiring collaboration with colleagues and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the plant from the control room effectively
• Monitor equipment and performance metrics consistently
• Prepare for and conduct equipment maintenance
• Work with the team to identify operational improvements
• Support company health, safety, and environmental initiatives
Requirements:
• 7+ years of senior operational experience
• Must possess Power Engineering Level 4
• Recognized as a technical/functional specialist
• Proven problem-solving abilities in diverse situations
• Experience leading technical initiatives without supervision
