We're seeking an Entry Level Licensed Practical Nurse to join Medicentres’ clinic in Saskatoon. You will be integral to our patient-first approach, greeting and registering patients, assisting physicians with various procedures, and conducting diagnostic tests. Your role will impact the lives of patients as you uphold our values and focus on improving healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and register patients upon arrival
• Assist with minor surgical procedures and patient preparations
• Perform diagnostic testing as ordered by the physician
• Chart medical procedures accurately in patient records
• Schedule patient appointments and notify them accordingly
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma from an accredited institution
• Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Med Access software preferred
