As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver intensive support through supervised family time and in-home services, ensuring that families feel empowered and safe. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate supervised family interactions and support
• Provide in-home services aligned with family needs
• Collaborate effectively with Child Protection Workers
• Document interactions with precision and care
• Ensure culturally safe and trauma-informed practices
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 with higher education in relevant fields
• Experience working with children and families
• Solid communication skills for family engagement
• Valid CPR/First Aid Certification required
• Current Criminal Record Check required
