Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and document physical and emotional changes
• Help residents with bathing, grooming, and feeding

Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong verbal and written English skills
• Completion of a recognized PSW Training Program
• Year 1 completion from RN/RPN is acceptable
• Experience as a Facility PSW preferred
