The Weeneebayko Area Health Authority is seeking a leader for the Student Pathways & Academic Partnerships role. This position focuses on strengthening connections between schools and health professions while promoting educational support for Indigenous learners. Key responsibilities include career exploration and mentorship coordination for youth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote health careers to youth and families
• Coordinate recruitment and mentorship activities
• Support students navigating educational transitions




• Build relationships with educational institutions
• Collect and monitor program data for evaluation

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in education preferred
• 7-10 years experience in student services
• Knowledge of Indigenous education approaches
• Ontario Class G Driver's License required
• Ability to travel throughout the Weeneebayko region
