In your role as Lead Caregiver, you will mentor Personal Support Workers to assure quality in caregiving. You will travel throughout your territory, addressing challenges before they escalate and contributing to team training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and quality assurance to caregivers
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and families




• Proactively identify and address potential issues
• Document caregiver performance for HR updates

Requirements:
• At least 2 years' experience in senior care as a PSW
• Proficiency in household management and meal prep
• Strong communication and mentoring capabilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• First Aid & CPR certification currently valid
