HomeSpace Society is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair its portfolio of affordable housing units in Calgary. You will perform critical building maintenance functions, including electrics, plumbing, and HVAC services, and prepare units for incoming residents while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This role is integral to maintaining community trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete maintenance and repair tasks effectively
• Troubleshoot building system issues




• Support unit turn-over procedures
• Document completed work for records
• Ensure all operations meet safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-4 years in building maintenance
• Solid technical acumen in building systems
• Ability to solve complex maintenance problems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license for property travel
