List of Requirements What we’re looking for:
Motivated and self-driven

Willing to complete required training
Willing to take required government licensing exams and become properly licensed
No previous financial-services experience required — training provided
Interested in personal finance, helping families, and developing leadership skills
List of Duties What you’ll do:
Learn financial concepts and strategies
Meet with clients to understand their financial goals




Educate families about financial protection and other financial solutions
Build and maintain client relationships
Conduct appointments virtually, by phone, or in person
Develop your professional network and client base
Participate in training and coaching
Develop leadership skills and, if desired, mentor new team members
