As a User Community Engagement Specialist, you will actively coach and support users of Configura software in your designated region. By leveraging your deep understanding of the Commercial Interiors industry and established networks, you will identify sales opportunities and champion the software’s benefits. Your role will focus on nurturing relationships while ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultative sales with A&D; firms and universities
• Network to uncover recent sales opportunities




• Negotiate contracts and execute license renewals
• Represent Configura at trade shows and community events
• Use CRM software for sales tracking

Requirements:
• Minimum three years as a CET Power User
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Interiors
• Established connections within local organizations
• Strong customer focus and empathetic service
• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally
