Venor is proud to partner with our client, Cresco on their search for a Coordinator, Marketing. Cresco is a Bedford, Nova Scotia-based builder guided by the art of building, with a low-rise development team focused on delivering strong customer experiences alongside their construction and sales partners. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a marketing professional to help coordinate their marketing requirements, branding, and content management, and to support the delivery of campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales. Reporting to the Director, Customer Experience, this is a tactical, hands-on role. The successful candidate will execute marketing plans, manage content and brand consistency across all platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure Cresco's corporate image aligns with its mission, vision, and values.
What you'll be doing: Implement and execute marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and support business sales objectives.
Create marketing presentations and monitor internal and external communications and materials to ensure brand guidelines and consistency.
Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments; execute planned digital and traditional marketing efforts to drive brand engagement and lead generation.
Source, organize, and manage engaging, high-quality content across platforms, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials (POS, signage).
Organize and align marketing deliverables (collateral, presentations, promotional materials) and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.




Source and guide the creation of visually appealing materials that align with branding standards, collaborating with external designers, agencies, and printers as needed.
Ensure the organization's visual identity is consistently applied across all platforms and materials.
Partner with internal teams to create campaigns that support the construction and sales teams, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage project timelines.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and what other real estate companies/builders are doing.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, preparing reports and presentations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
What you'll bring: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a similar role.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, website optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Experience managing external business partners.
Experience with Meta and Google digital platforms and Canva is an asset.
Experience with geofencing and geo-tracking, and experience in the construction industry, are considered assets.
Outstanding project management skills, a creative mindset, and excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, accountable approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
