Working in settings like group homes and community programs, you'll implement individual support plans and crisis intervention strategies while ensuring quality care. Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills are essential to effectively advocate for clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living and personal care needs
• Implement behavior supports and crisis protocols
• Facilitate access to community resources
• Ensure quality support aligns with established measures
• Promote client independence and goal achievement
Requirements:
• High School diploma required; human services diploma preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check essential
• Experience in developmental services is a plus
• Solid advocacy and interpersonal skills are critical
