Accent Inns Inc. is searching for a strategic Director of People & Culture to join our innovative team and impact our workplace culture. You will collaborate with the VP of People & Culture, manage recruitment procedures, and champion our Core Values while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your role is central to ensuring our staff, known as Fam-Jam, thrive and excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment processes with a focus on improvement
• Lead HR Business Partners to align with company initiatives




• Drive DEIB strategies and cultural championing
• Develop HR dashboards to track P&C; metrics
• Foster relationships with directors and regional managers

Requirements:
• Experience in HR leadership roles is essential
• Robust background in developing DEIB strategies
• Proven success in managing recruitment processes
• Familiarity with performance review cycles
• Ability to travel regularly to various properties
