Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, you will drive the transformation of our Winnipeg site through strategic leadership in Operational Excellence. Your role will involve cross-departmental collaboration to build sustainable improvements while enhancing quality and reducing operational complexity. Through sheer dedication and strategic execution, you will embed a culture of excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive the site's Operational Excellence roadmap
• Lead strategy deployment and daily management systems




• Foster continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
• Collaborate with leaders to enhance organizational capability
• Act as a trusted advisor in change initiatives

Requirements:
• University degree in engineering, business, or similar
• 10+ years in Operational Excellence or Lean Transformation
• Lean or Lean Sigma Blackbelt certification
• Proven communication and change management skills
• Operations experience with P&L; responsibilities
