Purpose of the position We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a permanent, full-time position to support the Head Chef.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure valuable teamwork
Perform meal preparation while supervising and mobilizing staff in the kitchen
Perform other related duties
Assemble plates of food
Ensure and optimize quality standards in the use of food
Use products and equipment according to the safety, quality, hygiene and cleanliness rules and standards in effect

Being able to manage conflicts effective
Required qualifications : Flexibility for the work schedule
Training certification (MAPAQ)
knowledge of a Maitre D
A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in institutional cuisine or equivelent
At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in a large restoration
