The Mustard Seed in Medicine Hat is seeking a Housing Focused Shelter Worker for permanent part time overnight shifts (11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), Fri-Sun-Mon. You will connect shelter guests with housing resources and coordinate care to support a sustainable exit from the shelter.

You will respond to crises, document interactions, enforce rules, and collaborate with the Shelter Manager to support daily shelter operations, meals, and maintenance while upholding dignity and confidentiality.
