We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator in British Columbia dedicated to nurturing children's growth and engagement. Share your love for learning in a play-based, inclusive environment.

In this collaborative role, you will utilize your BC ECE License to support children aged 2.5 to 5. Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with children and families, using observation techniques to enrich educational practices, and ensuring a culturally responsive atmosphere. A minimum of one year working with young children is essential for this position.

• Support children's well-being, belonging, and engagement
• Co-create learning experiences that reflect children’s inquiries




• Apply pedagogical documentation to guide practice
• Foster inclusive environments honoring diversity
• Build respectful relationships with families and colleagues

Requirements:
• Current BC ECE License to Practice Certificate
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Clear criminal record check
• One year experience with children aged 2.5-5 years
• Ability to work part time from Monday to Friday
