The British Columbia Pharmacy Association is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to build relationships and guide operational strategy. As the CEO, you will work closely with the Board of Directors and represent over 4,000 pharmacy professionals. Your leadership is essential in fostering growth and sustainability within BC’s pharmacy practice while ensuring the Association remains a respected voice in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the Strategic Plan alongside the Board
• Engage with government and healthcare stakeholders
• Maintain day-to-day operational oversight
• Foster relationships within the pharmacy community
• Represent the BCPhA at key industry events
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in executive leadership
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
