Property Services Full Time Whistler, BC $24 - $25.50 CAD per hour

As our Houseperson / Linen Room Attendant at Woodrun Lodge, you'll be the engine behind that consistency — keeping linens flowing, inventory organized, and housekeeping teams fully supplied so every guest unit is ready to shine. What You'll Do As the backbone of our linen and inventory operation at Woodrun Lodge, you'll keep housekeeping teams stocked, organized, and ready for every guest turnover.
Prepare linen bags for each Housekeeping team and maintain proper rotation so clean linens are always on hand
Coordinate with external laundry services to track deliveries and returns
Inspect linens for damage or stains, ensuring only quality items reach guest units
Deliver linens to Housekeeping teams or inspectors across properties we manage, and replenish towels and guest amenities as needed
Sort and store used linens properly before laundry pickup
Track inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities,



and conduct regular stock checks — flagging low levels to the Property Services Supervisor / Operations Manager
Support ordering and restocking of essential supplies, and keep storage areas clean and organized
Keep housekeeping areas, laundry rooms, and storage spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked
Work closely with the Housekeeping and Property Services teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Conduct various property inspections before and after guest/owner stays at properties we manage within the Woodrun Lodge Building and surrounding areas as required
Pitch in on other operational tasks as needed — no two days are quite the same
What We're Looking For Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or inventory control is an asset
Valid BC driver's licence (or easy conversion) required
Highly organized, with the ability to track and manage inventory efficiently
Reliable and self-motivated, comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and order
Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move linens and supplies
A team player with excellent communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak occupancy periods
Legally eligible to work in Canada (we're unable to assist with work authorization)
Minimum commitment required through April 2027
