What You’ll Do Help plan and deliver programs that support all dimensions of wellness
Encourage residents to take part in daily activities and special events
Monitor and record participation and engagement levels
Support a safe, welcoming, and inclusive activity space
Prepare and share calendars, posters, and newsletters for programs
What You’ll Bring Previous customer service experience; working with seniors is a strong asset
Post-secondary education in recreation, gerontology, social work, or equivalent experience
Robust communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Requirements Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Physical ability to assist with standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling
Preparedness to respond to emergency situations
Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
